Return to write rough dealing with an issue that many do not want Afront but that could hit all of us at any time.

DEMOCRACY BUT WHERE 'ended?

I fear that Democracy is finally demolished.

We tried to build something, even if his platform, then build a solid and secure building, but like all things of our country, everything has remained unfinished. Now you're looking for to destroy the small ephemeral body that men of this land had been trying to achieve.

Yes, the Democrats, but what is this word?

In this strip of land jutting into the Mediterranean, Democracy has always been sung and recited in verse and music, but never applied, or rather, for many of us was always a chimera, a principle of policy rule or a form of government, an abstract concept whose story has not been written, because that story has yet to be implemented.

a nation where a party, even a single part which consists the State enjoy the privileges and absolute discretion to judge any part of the company, but something else is not democratic. I would say that we can define Dictatorship. In fact, what we are seeing today is a return to Italy, creeping, soporific but tenacious dictatorship.

We go to the real point of my concern.

Article. 27 of our Constitution, the second paragraph says, and introduces a principle that was to become the cornerstone of our legal system, the principle of "presumption of innocence," that our Constitution treated as a principle of "presumption of innocence."

fact, the presumption of innocence, as a rule of court, created under the laws of Anglo-Saxon tradition, where the liberty of the accused has always been so well protected that the guarantee of the presumption of guilt appeared entirely superfluous.

This quote historical and legal environment can make people understand the intentions Italians compared to those far more democratic and civil rights, Anglo-Saxon and Europeans.

However, the principle exists but, apparently, is not applied. The people have just seen and investigated by some judge, justice is already at a disadvantage because they are considered criminal, guilty of what they are accused. The worst thing is that even the company "civilian?" I have already condemned, whereas it might not, too, suffer the same treatment. In this belief that "the law is equal for all, in Italy, is only written on the walls of the courtroom.

I would comment on the events that are shaking the Italian democratic system, if there ever was, but I have a disgust to do so.

The same difference between the principle of presumption of innocence, of civilized countries, and the much different, the presumption of innocence that should exist in Italy, it would seem a quisquiglia a pinzillacchera, as he said good Toto or a play on words but it is a very profound difference in a Civil Society "modern."

As I said earlier, in a nation, just one, say one class of society which has the power to judge all with total discretion to do so, without ever paying the mistakes, which is a and uncivilized nation ruled by a dictatorial political caste that can exploit the heavy hand of its Holy Inquisition to eliminate their opponents. We are still at the time of the Borgia family.

In Italy if you want to hit someone uncomfortable, just put it in the hands of judges, friends and young people, that's it. The first payments will have socio-political, the latter will be known.

In Italy we have the principle of presumption of guilt, not innocence, much less innocent. We are Italian citizens informed, careful not to disturb them or else we will do the same fate as many of Tortora.

Now you comments, if ever you feel ready to tackle this sensitive issue.

VIVA DEMOCRACY AND FREEDOM ', UNDER THE LOVE AND RESPECT FOR WHAT IT IS NEAR.
