You mentioned common sins of these meetings, such that if you experience any one of them would not be allowed to participate.
How can acquire Islamic knowledge in an environment where so many laws of Allah Ta'ala are violated? The real reason to acquire Islamic knowledge is to get closer to Allah. Under the conditions that you have brought, no doubt someone will be further away from Allah. So the whole reason and purpose of the search for knowledge is defeated from the beginning.
If a person is not far to the music, it should at least stay away for mixing [gender]. No such thing as "knowing" someone of the opposite sex in Islam. Allah Ta'ala says in the Noble Quran:
'Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and be chaste. This is purer for them. Allah knows what they do.

In a narration in Sunan al-Bayhaqi, the Nabi صلي الله عليه وسلم said:
