QUESTION: Respected Mufti,

some people have a habit of swearing on his life or his death to demonstrate to their stakeholders to be right. They say: If this is not true, Allah will make me die at once struck by lightning, or other terrible things.

This is correct in Islam? Can we anticipate our own death with an oath?
